Secret Tips to Coach Yourself for 2022!
what's up, guys! Today's blog is going to help you coach yourself to reach
your health and fitness goals this year with some brand-new tips that I must
share. first, I wanted to give you a little sneak peek into my new morning
routine, these are a few new things that I've been doing lately that I've just
really changed my life in the smallest ways and that is you know that I like to
hydrate before caffeinate so you basically drink your water before your coffee
so basically, what I'm doing is I actually add electrolytes into the water now
and that really helps when you are about to go for running a mile a day to really make
sure that the tissues in your body are properly hydrated like on a cellular level
so I drink my electrolyte water and it is good for runners body.

Next, is running good for you?, I really do some stretches and I breathe and the reason I say breathe in there is
that this is painful when you're stretching and when you're using the foam
roller
it's painful and
but we tend to hold our breath because we're like oh! I'm in so much pain but
breath through it do your hard stretches. Then my self-directed coaching is that I go for a run
because I'm training for how running changes your body shape and how to be successful for my first half marathon which you'll learn more about

I'm going to write the whole thing I'm basically I am going to keep you updated on my progress and on my journey every step of the way literally in my shoes for a runner's body, okay that's not funny Cambrian but it's okay we just kind of roll with it you.

So, the first
thing is to understand the spirit of jogging vs running, okay when I think about a
great leader a great coach one of my favourite fitness instructors ever her name was Janice. She was just a fantastic coach. She wasn't a judge and so I want
you to think of yourself as your own coach you know, not a judge not you didn't
perform good enough you should have done more you did this isn't this
wrong, think about how a coach a good coach would coach you they would encourage
you to understand that running is faster than jogging i.e walking faster than 6mph is running. I was succeeding in and how I was improving and what I was doing better and it
was always positive encouragement toward moving forward and I think that a lot
of the times and what seems to be the problem at least with me what I've
struggled with in the past is really just being super judgemental super
critical of myself you know you didn't run long enough today you didn't burn
enough calories in that workout you didn't push yourself hard enough you're
never going to reach that number on the scale you're never going to and it was always
so judgemental and it was always so negative but if you can switch your thinking
the mind is so powerful and offers you running every day to improve mental health.

Okay I want you to
think of it as like a computer system that can be updated you know in the new
you know whatever software comes out and you like to need to update your apps and
your computer and it's being updated there's a new update sell the time. It's the
same computer but it's different software that's getting put into that computer
so that's like your brain when you look at it, so running a mile a day is an update!
This year and you
might feel overwhelmed and how am I going to accomplish all these things
instead of feeling overwhelmed and try and do everything let's let us do some
reprogramming okay let's figure out things that are important is to take care of your body, mind, health, and Psychological well being of yourself depends on running every day before and after the sunrise, anytime depends upon runners stomach.
Okay, the last tip to self-coach that enables you to move forward, is the self-directed running schedule, and exercise calls you to embrace your next challenge excitedly and readily. Using the right tactics you can find solutions to your problems of the runner's body instantly and these self-discovered solutions are key to success and more and more people are getting benefits of running and consider it as a vital tool for their personal growth.
